How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Eligibility Criteria
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:

Unused and unwashed

Free from any stains, odors, or damage

In its original packaging with tags intact
Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection. Bullish reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our standards.
Store Credit & Exchange Only

All approved returns will be eligible for store credit or size exchange only.

No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

Store credit will be issued via a digital code and can be used on any future purchase.
Our return/exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept requests made after this window.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup and either replace the item or issue a refund to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please contact us before the item is shipped via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp.

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet.

If cancelled in time, you may opt for store credit or a replacement product of equal value.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
