At Bullish, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order via:


Eligibility Criteria

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free from any stains, odors, or damage

  • In its original packaging with tags intact

Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection. Bullish reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our standards.


Store Credit & Exchange Only

  • All approved returns will be eligible for store credit or size exchange only.

  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

  • Store credit will be issued via a digital code and can be used on any future purchase.

Our return/exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept requests made after this window.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup and either replace the item or issue a refund to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please contact us before the item is shipped via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp.

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • If cancelled in time, you may opt for store credit or a replacement product of equal value.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
